Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to Brothers Grimm fountain pen

Dedicated to Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm, the Montblanc Writers Edition Hommage to Brothers Grimm celebrates their work on German and European folktales, including some of the most famous fairy tales such as"Snow White","Cinderella"and"Sleeping Beauty".

The overall silhouette of the writing instrument is in the shape of an old walking stick, and the black color resembles the darkness of the woods that usually serve as the main stage for the Brothers Grimm's folklore. In addition, the wave-like pattern on the cap and barrel is inspired by Rapunzel's hair, while also resembling carrots, as the Brothers Grimm considered their linguistic work"researching roots".

The cap is topped by the Montblanc emblem in precious resin. Reminiscent of a knobby piece of wood, the platinum-coated clip surprisingly reveals the silhouette of the Brothers Grimm profile when turned.

Paying tribute to the magic of storytelling, the handcrafted Au 750 solid gold nib with rhodium-coated nib carries flames that were often the backdrop around which folkloric tales were passed.
