The Century collection from Cross is one of the most iconic collections in the world of pens. In 1946, to celebrate Cross's 100th anniversary, the Century model was designed. Even today, this model is still being produced extensively, with new variants appearing every year.
In 1996, the Century collection was partially redesigned; the most significant change was that the cap of all these Century models was given a slightly wider diameter. These slightly thicker models were named "Century II," while the slimmer variant continued to exist in most variations and was from that moment called the "Classic Century." The pen is finished with a deep matte gray lacquer with black details, giving the pen a sleeker appearance. The fountain pen is available in a medium nib size.
The fountain pen has a steel nib and can be filled with the Cross cartridges, which are also available from us in packs of two. Would you like to add more flair to your handwriting and enhance the experience of writing with this beautiful fountain pen? It is also always possible to insert a Cross converter into the pen, where the cartridge normally goes, and fill the pen with ink from an ink bottle. Both accessories, the converter and the ink bottles, are available from us.
