Leonardo Momento Magico DNA Black/Orange GT Fountain pen

Leonardo's Momento Magico is a fountain pen with a piston filling system, designed and produced in their own workshops. The pen body features a 10mm transparent gray ink window, allowing you to see the ink level at any time. Not that you will quickly run out of ink, because the holder has a huge capacity of 1.5 ml. capacity.

The new Magico DNA is Leonardo's take on the classic combination of orange and black resins. The name DNA' comes from their territory, their roots: the glowing orange of the lava that covered the Italian cities and the black of the dark land that surrounds and welcomes us. .  

The clip band has a perfect vintage style and in this case the addition of the real central metal, engraved with a three-dimensional pantograph, displays a completely new pattern: the curves are reminiscent of the handles of Roman amphorae, the amphorae in ancient Rome contained water, wine, magic potions and precious liquids. Today our fountain pen contains magic, our magical liquid is the ink that becomes history, stories and our daily lives.

Another element that characterizes the Momento Magico is the ability to completely disassemble the pen. This makes it easier to clean your pen when necessary. For this specific purpose, Leonardo has created a new piston tool (sold separately). The pen is available with a steel or gold nib, with an ebonite feed. The nibs have undergone an extra strong lamination treatment, making them suitable for any type of ink.

The pens in this edition are individually numbered.
