Shipping and delivery time in the Netherlands
Dutch orders are delivered by PostNL. Up to 50 euros the shipping costs for parcel post are 4.95 and for letter post 2,-. For orders above 50 euros, the shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are free.s.
Note: Due to delivery problems and a lack of raw materials, it may happen that the delivery of your order takes longer than you are used to from us. You can always contact us to check whether your desired product is in stock.
If in stock, your order will be shipped within 1 working day after receipt of your payment, after which it will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 days. If the item is not in stock, it will be ordered for you, after which you will be immediately informed of the delivery time. Usually this is no longer than 1 to 2 weeks. You will receive a Track & Trace code via your emailwith which you can track your order.Orders that fit through the letterbox do not contain a Track & Trace code.
Foreign delivery
We are happy to announce that next to PostNL, we have a new option added to our foreign delivery options, DHL Express delivery. For slightly additional costs (€4 to 6) there is a DHL Express delivery option for quick delivery and very accurate Track & Trace. Please compare the delivery options in the overview below..
The delivery times shown below do not include 1 working day processing time before the order gets shipped. shipping costs will be applied at checkout and does not include import duties. For both, PostNL and DHL, you will receive a Track & Trace code by mail.

RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the products are unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, which remain unopened.
Please make sure you choose an appropriate shipping box for your return to prevent the products from being damaged while in transit.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
