Graf von Faber-Castell Perfect Pencil, Platinum Plated, Brown

The Perfect Pencil, also known as the "ultimate pencil" (with the sharpener in the cap), was officially presented in the Netherlands in September 1995. It effortlessly made it into all leading Dutch newspapers, but it is not just any pencil.

The holder is made of unvarnished corrugated cedar wood. On one side is the sharpened pencil tip, while on the other side is a metal thread onto which a platinum-plated holder is screwed, containing a small eraser hidden inside. This eraser is covered with a platinum-plated cap. The most remarkable feature is, of course, the cap, which is designed to protect the pencil tip and is equipped with a classic spring clip and a unique hidden sharpener. This clever pencil cap is available with different pencils.
