TWSBI fountain pens can be fully disassembled for cleaning and maintenance. Instructions and the necessary tools are included with each TWSBI fountain pen. Please note: disassembly is intended for experienced users only and is not required for normal use. Disassembly is at your own risk!
With over 40 years of manufacturing history, including producing high-end pens for other brands, Ta Shin Precision decided to sell under their own brand, TWSBI. The name TWSBI is a combination of TWS and BI. "TWS" is the reversed acronym for "San Wen Tong," which translates to "Hall of Three Cultures," and "BI" literally means writing instrument.
