Visconti Van Gogh"Old vineyard with peasant woman"ballpoint pen
Item no: KP12-16-BP
Dhe new Visconti van Gogh is inspired by a well-known drawing he made of a vineyard near Auvers-sur-Oise, the place where he spent the last months of his life. Van Gogh first made a drawing in pencil. He then added oil and watercolor in various shades of blue. He made some roofs red, but these have now turned brown. Because he left large parts of the paper uncovered, the white plays an important role in the scene. The painting is part of the collection of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
The pens are packaged in an elegant white box with an image of the Van Gogh painting to which it is dedicated. In the box we find a bookmark on which a copy of Van Gogh's artwork is printed. This new Van Gogh collection features a nib that Visconti has manufactured in-house.
The holder and cap each have 18 tightly cut facets, which distinguishes this van Gogh collection in a special way. Because the color streaks in the resin are never the same, every pen in the Van Gogh series is a true one of a kind. The fountain pen and the rollerball have a cap with a magnetic closure. There is also a ballpoint pen with gel filling and we can also convert this into a 0.7mm mechanical pencil upon request.
The fountain pen comes standard with a steel nib available in fine (F), medium (M) and broad (B). The pen can be filled with standard cartridges or with the included converter.
You can personalize your Visconti pen with Visconti's "My Pen System". The Visconti logo on top of the cap can be easily removed with a small magnet. Two initials can be placed instead of this logo. You can do that here find in our webshop.
