The Waldmann Xetra Vienna is truly a work of art. Made of solid sterling silver, the front and back of the case are covered in multiple layers of black lacquer, polished to a high shine. The rear half of the body is then engraved by hand using a unique, elaborate and laborious technique known as "Vienna Hand Engraving", which is mastered by only a few engravers in Germany.
The sturdy, spring-supported clip and all finishes are rhodium plated to offset the gloss black and engraved parts of the case. The Xetra Vienna mechanical pencil can accept a 0.5mm or 0.7mm lead thanks to its twist mechanism and comes in an elegant black Waldmann box.
