Verzending en levertijd in Nederland
De Nederlandse bestellingen worden bezorgd door PostNL. Tot 50 euro zijn de verzendkosten voor pakketpost €4,95 en voor briefpost €2,-. Bij bestellingen boven de 50 euro zijn de verzendkosten voor bestellingen binnen Nederland gratis.
Let op: Door leveringsproblemen en een gebrek aan grondstoffen kan het voorkomen dat de levering van uw bestelling langer duurt dan u van ons gewend bent. U kunt altijd contact met ons opnemen om te controleren of uw gewenste product op voorraad is.
Uw bestelling wordt, indien op voorraad, binnen 1 werkdag na ontvangst van uw betaling verzonden waarna het binnen 1 a 2 dagen bij u thuis wordt afgeleverd. Is het artikel niet op voorraad, dan wordt het voor u besteld, waarna u direct op de hoogte wordt gesteld van de levertijd. Doorgaans is dit niet langer dan 1 à 2 weken. U ontvangt een Track & Trace code via uw mail waarmee u uw bestelling kan volgen. Bestellingen die door de brievenbus passen bevatten geen Track & Trace code.
Foreign delivery
We are happy to announce that next to PostNL, we have a new option added to our foreign delivery options, DHL Express delivery. For slightly additional costs (€4 to €6) there is a DHL Express delivery option for quick delivery and very accurate Track & Trace. Please compare the delivery options in the overview below.
The delivery times shown below do not include 1 working day processing time before the order gets shipped. shipping costs will be applied at checkout and does not include import duties. For both, PostNL and DHL, you will receive a Track & Trace code by mail.

RETURNS
If for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the products are unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, which remain unopened.
Please make sure you choose an appropriate shipping box for your return to prevent the products from being damaged while in transit.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
