Montblanc Meisterstück Solitaire LeGrand Blue Hour fountain pen

The Montblanc Meisterstück Solitaire LeGrande Blue Hour fountain pen. On the LeGrande models, both the barrel and the cap are blue, the fountain pen is of the fixed piston type (146) and the roller has a screw cap. The classique Doué models have a blue barrel and a completely smooth platinum-plated cap sleeve.
Under the semi-transparent blue lacquer, the writing instruments have a hexagonal engraving, all other fittings are platinum plated.

The Blue Hour LeGrand fountain pen is equipped with a traditional fixed piston mechanism. The nib is 18 carat gold, partly with a rhodium mask with a special engraving, standard available in fine and medium, but also in other writing widths on request. The classique Doué fountain pen models also have a specially engraved 18 carat gold nib, this variant can be filled with cartridges or the supplied converter.

The nib includes the engraving"4810", referring to the height of the Montblanc in meters. The star in white mother-of-pearl adorns the cap, symbolizing the snow-capped peak of Montblanc with its six glaciers. The pen comes stylishly packaged in a luxury gift box, with the accompanying warranty papers.
