Pelikan Souverän M405 Stresemann fountain pen
Item no: 803731
The Pelikan Souverän M405 Stresemann fountain pen from the 400 series is the second smallest model from the Souverän series. It is also the format that has been around since the fifties, so a real classic! The fountain pen is filled by means of a fixed piston mechanism, standard with the entire Souverän series. The striped container is partially transparent so that the ink supply is always visible. The shell of the container is unique in its kind and is manufactured according to a patented process, raw cotton undergoes several processing steps until a thin striped sheet of cellulose acetate is formed.
The nib is made of 14 karat gold with a full rhodium mask. The familiar clip, in the shape of a pelican's beak, has a palladium finish, just like the other fittings. This little"brave"Pelikan is a high-quality fountain pen, which we are happy to sell, highly recommended.
Under the name Stresemann, this M405 in anthracite-striped gray will be a permanent part of Pelikan's Souverän collection. The gray Stresemann version is now also available in the smaller 405 format.
